In most areas we engage third-party delivery service providers to transport your order. In some areas our associates may also deliver your groceries.
No, individual orders cannot be delivered to multiple addresses. However, you may add multiple delivery addresses within your account.
Yes, you can include notes to your Personal Shopper about your item preferences, for example, “Please pick green bananas.”
We charge a delivery fee (if applicable) on delivery orders, which helps defray the cost of transporting your order from our store to your delivery address. The delivery fee for service provided by Albertsons Companies grocery store banners in most areas is $9.95 (subject to change); discounts may, from time to time, be available for selecting certain delivery windows, adding an applicable Promo Code at checkout, or by enrolling in our subscription-based FreshPass™ program. We do not charge a pickup fee on pickup orders. If you elect to shop on a third-party service provider’s website/app (such as Rush Delivery by Instacart), then the fees will be established and charged by that company.
